The 2011 North Highlands Jubilee was the larget yet and we are looking forward to our 11th year in 2012.
The North Highlands Jubilee is a FREE community festival on Saturday, October 15th, 2011 from 11am to 3pm at Freedom Park next to the Aerospace Museum of California. This Festival is hosted by Supervisor Phil Serna and brings together the entire North Highlands community to celebrate all the neighborhood has to offer. The festival is community-run by a volunteer steering committee who design and help run the festival.
Once you enter the world of the Jubilee, you will see, hear, and experience a truly one of a kind event. Get ready for a fun family day with a variety of activities, goodies and community resources for everyone. Bounce houses, performances, games, great food from local vendors and live music! There's something for everybody!
We will also be providing FREE Health, Dental and Hearing Screenings for Children through age 5 years.

BOOTH APPLICATION
Online applications with mailed-in check deposits from North Highlands non-profit groups, public agencies, art/craft, health/fitness, & local businesses for booth spaces will be accepted through Wednesday, September 28th, 2011.
The festival committee will select the most appropriate mix of booths and reserves the right to make all decisions on the applications. The committee will notify applicants by October 5th.
Booth cost is $40 for business enterprises. Non-profit and public agencies are exempt from the booth fee. Check payment from unapproved applications will be returned.
We will provide one canopy (10x10), one 6' table and 2 folding chairs.
